Mayor Lance L. Waters
It is my mission as Mayor of the City of Kendallville to provide our citizens and employees with professional, honorable, and service minded leadership. I believe the best leaders are those who know the issues before them and know their staff, provide staff with the tools, training, and counsel to overcome these. Our community is growing, in fact we are the only city to rise in population in Noble County in the 2020 census. We are improving streets, expanding infrastructure, and developing new businesses. Our downtown is receiving a fresh makeover with our recent streetscape and Historic Preservation Grants. Come explore our wonderful, growing city, it’s worth the visit.
