The par 27 front nine holes are located on the east side of Bixler Lake.  Take Lake Park Drive off of S Park Avenue and follow the road to the east side of the lake.  A score sheet with tips and rules may be viewed here.

The par 27 back nine holes are located at the corner of S Park Avenue and East Diamond Street in Kendallville.  Parking is accessible just off East Diamond Street.  A score sheet with tips and rules may be viewed here.
