MCM 4 - Construction Site Stormwater Runoff Control

The purpose of this MCM is to develop, implement and enforce an erosion and sediment control program for construction activities.

The City of Kendallville's General Ordinance #987 affirmed Noble County, State of Indiana, the right to enforce Noble County Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance since 2002.

Site plan review and inspection of new construction is implemented by Noble County. Personnel from the Noble County Surveyor's Office enforce the Noble County Drainage and Erosion Control Ordinance in the City of Kendallville MS4 area.
