The Planning Commission shall consider and recommend a comprehensive plan to Common Council. Using this comprehensive plan as a guide, the Plan Commission will recommend zoning and subdivision ordinances to achieve the goals of the comprehensive plan. The commission consists of eleven members, five appointed by the Mayor, one appointed by the Park Board, one appointed by the Board of Public Works and Safety, one appointed by the Engineering Department, one appointed by Common Council, and two appointed by the Noble County Commissioners.
